The application is available online. Select the listing that you’re interested in and click “Apply Now”. All occupants, 18+, must submit separate applications.
Specific pet policies may vary from home to home, although most are pet friendly! The listing for the home which you are interested in is the best source for this information. “Dangerous breeds”, as specified by our insurance carriers, may be excluded.
All units are required to have Renters Insurance, with us listed as an additional insured. Get cost-effective coverage through our insurance partner upon move-in, or request instructions to upload your own policy for verification. Renter’s Insurance offers peace of mind, knowing that you have coverage for your personal belongings and liability protection from certain unexpected events.
This website, RentWithBetter.com, has a link to the “Resident Portal” on the top navigation bar. Click that. When viewing on mobile, click the top right corner for the drop-down menu and select “Resident Portal”.
Visit your Resident Portal and click “Make a Payment” or “Set Up Autopay”. You can pay with your credit card, debit card, or eCheck. Certain payment methods carry processing fees. Be sure to review the options and choose what’s best for you. We also partner with a service that enables cash payments through thousands of participating retail locations. Download a “Pay Slip” through your portal or request one from us if you wish to utilize this service.
